  • Air Carriers/Operators: To obtain final quotes and confirm the booking. They require the passenger manifest for operational and security reasons.

  • FBOs and Handling Agents: Airports and ground handlers require passenger names for security and limousine access.

  • Authorities: Customs, Immigration, and Police authorities as required by the laws of the countries of departure and destination.

  • Service Providers: Our website is hosted on Wix.com, which processes data securely on our behalf.

We never sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.

5. DATA RETENTION

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
